The dresser Paula, as all of our products, has been ethically handcrafted in small batches in Indonesia and comes directly from local artisans who are proud of what they do. We only use sustainable and natural materials. Our products are delivered with a transport whose CO2 is compensated and a tree is planted for each order placed.
Its design is inspired from a natural bohemian style and its free spirits of the 1960s and 1970s. To create it, its artisan used natural sustainable rattan and recycled old teak wood furniture. Teak is one of the strongest woods in the world and gets better with age. Some items, and only on the non-visible parts (below or inside), may have small paint spots or traces, which come from previous furniture before being recycled into a dresser. In general, and because it is recycled / upcycled, each piece is different, and each piece has its own story and character. Therefore, you will have a 100% unique handmade piece, while making a mindful choice respecting the environment and the craftsman.
